 | Lean Takes Best Bat Award in August Saturday, September 1st, 2029: Jerry Lean put together a good August to earn the Sub League 2 Batter of the Month prize. A virtual unknown, he made the most of his chance to prove to Yonkers officials that he belongs on the big league roster. The Disaster first baseman posted a .290 batting average with 10 home runs, 31 RBIs and 19 runs scored. Currently Lean is batting .229 with 21 home runs, 72 RBIs and 61 runs scored. |   |
